Today was the official start to our hall bathroom renovation! When we bought the house the hall/kids bathroom only had a stall shower, which of course was not up to par. We knew right away this was a project we'd have to tackle right away :) Last week we picked out and bought all of our supplies, somehow managing to score a 10% off a Lowe's and find a nice, good quality bathtub for a measly $37. Yes, you read that right. It was originally around $120 and it was marked down to $88 because they were no longer going to to carrying that model. For some reason when the lady rang it up it was $37...Sweet!Our contractor started banging around this morning at about 8:15 and continued until 2. I am happy to say that the bathroom is completely empty! Woo Hoo! Tomorrow the plumber comes to move some pipes then they will be able to start putting things back in :) I can't wait to see Carson in his new tub!
